This isn't just another PA role. It's an opportunity to become an integral part of a successful and supportive team of 20, including 6 Partners (two of whom are Solicitor Advocates), handling complex and high-profile cases across various courts including Sheriff Court, Court of Session, Supreme Court, Scottish Land Court and Lands Tribunal.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to a Partner.
  • Manage a busy schedule, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Produce high-quality audio typed documentation (letters, reports, presentations).
  • Maintain excellent client service at all times.
  • Prioritize workload effectively and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a PA, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of Dispute Resolution practices (advantageous).
  • Ability to work full time in an office environment in Edinburgh.
